Social Media Content Creator

We're looking for someone who builds and ships the content themselves, using AI to do the work that used to take a whole content team. And you deserve it because you are…

• You're not "a social media manager who schedules posts." You're a builder. You see a trend and your hands itch to cut the hook, write the caption, and post it before the trend dies.
• You don't fear AI, you leverage it. Claude Code and AI creative tools are your daily drivers. You treat AI as a team of interns that lets you do the work of five people: editing, captioning, repurposing, ideating.
• You'd rather post a scrappy v1 today than a perfect campaign next month. Bias to action is your default setting.
• You make decisions with data. You know the difference between vanity reach and a hook that actually converts into followers/leads.

2–3 years under your belt, hungry, ready to walk into a startup and own the feed. Full-time, remote or Dubai office. French and English fluency required.

Your Mission

Be the hands-on builder behind Paradox's social presence across Instagram, TikTok, X, and YouTube Shorts. You don't wait for assets from the video team, you cut, caption, and ship content yourself, using AI to multiply your output.

Your key responsibilities:

1. Build & ship content daily: You cut shorts/reels from long-form footage, write hooks and captions, and post directly. You don't wait on a report or a brief, you spot the moment and ship it.
2. Own the channels end to end: Content calendar, posting, community replies, and performance tracking across all platforms are yours.
3. Hunt what works: You proactively test hooks, formats, and posting times. If a format underperforms, you kill it fast and move to the next test.
4. AI leverage: You leverage Claude Code daily to automate repurposing (long-form → shorts), generate caption/hook variations, and build lightweight pipelines that let you ship at the pace of a small team, alone.
5. Read the data: You live in native platform analytics + GA4. You double down on what compounds and kill vanity metrics.
6. Contribute to growth loops: You work with Growth and Content to spot winning angles and feed them back into new formats.

You'll own KPIs: Follower growth rate, engagement rate, views-to-follow conversion, X posts shipped per week.

Desired outcomes: Consistent daily output without external agencies. A social presence that compounds instead of resetting every month.

Do You Recognize Yourself?

Experience

• 2–3 years in social media management/content creation, ideally in a fast-moving brand or creator context. Or self-taught with a portfolio that proves it.
• You can show us what you've shipped: reels, shorts, growth numbers. Portfolio > pedigree.
• You already use Claude (or equivalent AI tools) weekly to edit, caption, or automate, not just to brainstorm ideas.
• Comfortable being on camera or directing talent if needed is a plus.

• Curiosity: You relentlessly dig into why users behave the way they do until you uncover the insight behind the data.
• Hands-On Execution: you build, you don't just brief.
• Precision: You care about clarity in hypotheses, clean data, and unambiguous results.
• Agility: You move fast, adapt instantly to new findings, and turn insights into tests within hours, not weeks.

Language

French: Native / BilingualEnglish: Fluent English, you can hold a conversation on specific details with English-speaking colleagues. Our chosen language for written communication is English.
