We are seeking a highly organized, discreet, and proactive Executive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to a senior executive in both professional and personal matters. This individual will serve as a trusted right hand, anticipating needs, managing priorities, coordinating complex schedules, and ensuring that day-to-day responsibilities and commitments are handled seamlessly. The ideal candidate is exceptionally detail-oriented, resourceful, polished, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment where confidentiality and sound judgment are essential. Key Responsibilities Executive Support Manage a complex and frequently changing calendar, including meetings, appointments, travel, and personal commitments. Coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare agendas and materials, and ensure timely follow-up. Manage email and correspondence, prioritizing communications and responding or drafting responses as appropriate. Prepare documents, presentations, reports, and briefing materials. Track priorities, deadlines, projects, and outstanding action items. Serve as a professional liaison with executives, clients, colleagues, vendors, and other important contacts. Personal Support Coordinate personal appointments, household-related matters, and family commitments as needed. Arrange personal travel, dining, events, entertainment, and other activities. Research and source services, products, gifts, and experiences. Manage personal purchases, returns, deliveries, and special requests.
