• Operational Role Candidates with 3-5 years of relevant experience This role sits within Ads New Ventures and provides operational backbone across Mid-Market and International advertisers, supporting scaled execution as these segments grow.
• The position owns critical revenue operations, including invoicing accuracy, QA, and campaign setup aligned to advertiser billing requirements.
• It also plays a hands-on role in programmatic enablement, managing Keys Programmatic operations such as audience and catalog distribution to partners, monitoring data feeds, and maintaining overall platform and data-sharing health. In parallel, the role supports consumer-facing execution by building landing pages as needed and partnering cross-functionally to translate CX insights into tangible improvements.
• The ideal candidate is technically agile and execution-oriented, with familiarity in retail media or AdOps-agency experience is a strong plus.
• This person will be the primary owner of audience management in Hightouch, responsible for all audience builds, health checks, and acting as a technical lead as the team explores future audience and clean room solutions.
• They will also be explicitly accountable for internal documentation: owning the Ads New Ventures Wiki, proactively creating and updating SOPs, auditing accuracy, and ensuring new processes and changes are clearly documented as the business scales.
• Success in this role requires comfort working across data platforms and CMS tools, a proactive problem-solving mindset, and the ability to operate effectively amid ambiguity in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
